You can return a product at your convenience, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

RETURN PROCEDURE
  1. Fill out the return form. Make sure all fields are completed.
  2. Prepare the products with sealed tags that you intend to return and place them in the box along with the completed form.
  3. Send the package to: The Tribbe, ul. Orłowska 43, 88-100 Inowrocław, tel. 662651046. Please remember that we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. Product returns are at the customer's expense. Shipments sent to an address other than the one above will not be accepted.
  4. We will refund the funds within 14 business days of receiving the package, using the same payment method used for the original order. If you chose cash-on-delivery for the original transaction, we will refund the payment to the bank account number provided on the form. If you return all products from an order, we will refund the full amount paid. For partial returns, you will receive the value of the returned products.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
  1. Inform us via email about your desire to exchange a product so that we can reserve the appropriate product for you.
  2. Prepare the products with sealed tags that you intend to exchange and place them in the box along with a note requesting the exchange.
  3. Send the package to: The Tribbe, ul. Orłowska 43, 88-100 Inowrocław, tel. 662651046. Please remember that we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. Product shipping is at the customer's expense. Shipments sent to an address other than the one above will not be accepted.
  4. Then pay for the re-shipment (according to the price list in the DELIVERIES tab) to the account number specified in the PAYMENTS tab. Send proof of payment to our email address.
    5. We will process the exchange within the statutory period of 5-10 business days.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints are handled individually. Any defect should be reported immediately via email to: officethetribbe@gmail.com
